On the 14th Street corridor in Washington DC, there has been a lot of new construction slated to begin in 2011. One such new development project is DC District Condominiums, located at 1407 S St. NW, the former location of the Whitman Walker clinic.

If you haven’t been towards the Upper Northwest part of Washington DC in a few months, you will notice major changes in the Tenleytown neighborhood regarding commercial real estate development. One such project is the new Tenley-Friendship Library.

Have you seen more electrical cars parked around your neighborhood in Washington DC? To tell you the truth, I haven’t even noticed either! Aside from the usual hybrids, like the Toyota Prius driving around, nothing stands out.
